Warranty Claim Returns

All items in the Grounded Wellness range come with a manufacturer warranty which differs according to the product and supplier. It is a condition of all warranties that the product has been used and cared for in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, which are provided on the product page on the Grounded Wellness website and with your item at the time of purchase.

If the item has not been used or cared for properly, your warranty will be void and your claim will not be accepted. Before making a warranty claim on your purchase, please review the warranty period, and conditions for the product, by visiting the individual product page.

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by email at hello@groundedwellness.co.uk or by phone on 0800 0588299 to let us know the issue. Please provide your Grounded Wellness invoice number, plus a detailed description of the reason for your claim and a supporting photo if possible
  • Our team may need to ask extra questions about your use and care of the product prior to approving your warranty claim
  • Once approved, we will issue you with an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
  • Return the item to us for inspection. We ask that you pay the postage to return the item to us
  • Once inspected, if the item is deemed by Grounded Wellness to be faulty and is covered under the warranty conditions, we will organise a speedy replacement or refund. We will also reimburse your postage costs for returning the item to us. Please note: we ask that you return the item by standard tracked post as we will only refund the postage cost up to a maximum value of £5.  If you choose to use a different delivery method that costs more then we ask that you pay the difference.
