All information about our products and services can be found on our website. Please consult individual product pages for product queries. There are additional tabs on each product page including instructions, specifications and warranty. There are also many information pages and blog pieces about earthing, EMF, blue light and red light to help answer your questions. Placing an order
All of our products can be purchased at our online store. If you have any difficulty with your online order please email us at hello@groundedwellness.co.uk or call us on 0800 0588299. Please note that Grounded Wellness is an online e-commerce store only.

Track the delivery of your order
Please visit the Royal Mail online tracking service. Simply enter the consignment tracking number we sent you by email upon dispatch of your order to view the progress of your delivery. Hint: if you can't find the email from us, please check your junk/spam folder. You can also log into your Grounded Wellness account to view the progress of your order and your consignment tracking number.

Our phone line can be very busy. If we are on a call with another customer, please leave us a voicemail message with your name, contact number, order number (if applicable) and a brief description of your enquiry and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Office Hours
The Grounded Wellness office is open 10.00 - 4.00 Monday to Friday, excluding all UK public holidays. We close for an extended break over the Christmas and New Year period. Please visit here for more details.
