We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all Blushield products. We are sure you will be 100% satisfied with the performance of your Blushield device. However, if you decide it is not suitable, the device may be exchanged or refunded, as long as it is returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The Blushield device must be returned to us in its original condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. The Blushield device must not be damaged or scratched in any way and must be in a resaleable condition. If the Blushield device is returned to us and we deem it not in resaleable condition, we will not issue a full refund. 

The product should be returned to us by registered mail. The postage costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund any postage costs already paid. Any items that incur customs charges must be paid by the customer. Please include a note with your returned item which includes your name, contact phone number, contact email address and a brief explanation on why you are returning the Blushield device.
