Change of Mind Returns

We encourage you to do your research and read all the product information and FAQs available on our website before making your purchase. If you have any questions about the product before completing your purchase, please feel free to email or call us to speak with one of our friendly team.

We accept Change of Mind Returns up to 14 days after you, the customer, receives the goods you have purchased, or 14 days after the goods have been received by a third party nominated by you the customer. The following Change of Mind conditions must be met (and are in accordance with the latest Consumer Contracts Regulations

  • The goods must not be damaged, scratched or marked in any way and should not show any sign of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods if, in particular, it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a physical shop
  • The goods must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and instructions
  • The goods must be received back by Grounded Wellness within 14 days of us receiving your written intent to return the item as a Change of Mind return

If your return meets all of the above conditions and you wish to apply for a Change of Mind return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us by email at hello@groundedwellness.co.uk or by phone on 0800 0588299. Please provide your Grounded Wellness invoice number
  • We will issue you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
  • Return the item to us ensuring the above conditions are met. We ask that you, the customer, pay the postage to return the item to us.
  • Please take care to protect the item so neither the product nor the packaging becomes damaged during its return journey back to us
  • Once we receive the item back and in good condition, we will refund what you paid for the item, including the cost of shipping the item to you as part of your original purchase. Please note, we will only reimburse an amount equivalent to the cost of standard shipping by Royal Mail
  • Your refund will be issued back through your original payment method
  • If you prefer an exchange for another Grounded Wellness product or your refund paid as Grounded Wellness store credit, we can happily arrange that for you 
  • Please note that our very small team can only process returns on a Monday and Thursday each week, not including bank holidays. It is very difficult for us to make an exception so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
