Grounded Wellness Christmas Shipping 2022

  • All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Throughout December, to help out as much as possible with the Royal Mail strikes, we are sending all parcels via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. We usually charge $10 for this Royal Mail Next Day service, but, as delays are being caused by the strikes, we feel it is unfair to charge $10 when it is unlikely you will receive your parcel the next day. Simply select our Standard Shipping option and we will send it to you via the Tracked 24 service to try and get your items to you as quickly as possible. Delays are still likely to occur
  • Grounded Wellness will always endeavour to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 - 48 business hours of the order being placed. If there is a problem or delay with any items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible
  • Sending your parcel by Royal Mail Tracked 24 provides the best chance of receiving your items before Christmas but we simply can not guarantee this at this time of year. Royal Mail is working really hard around the strikes to keep deliveries moving, but delays can occur. There is no guarantee of overnight or next day deliveries and it is recommended to place your order ASAP
  • Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive an auto-generated dispatch notification email. This email contains the tracking number for your parcel. Please check your spam or junk folder in case the email is caught by your email spam filter
  • Once the parcel has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail, we have no control over its arrival date. Please track the progress of your delivery by entering your tracking number into the Royal Mail online tracking service here. 
  • Royal Mail has planned strikes on the following days throughout December: 23rd and 24th
  • Grounded Wellness's last Christmas posting date is Monday December 19th.

Items on Pre-Order

  • At this busy time of year, we have a number of items on pre-order. When you add the item to your cart, it will display the estimated dispatch date. Many of our suppliers are based overseas and we may experience delays in the international shipping of our stock, so this dispatch date may be subject to change
  • If the dispatch date of an item moves significantly as we approach Christmas, we will contact you to let you know. You can decide whether to keep your order active or cancel for a refund

Grounded Wellness Christmas Closure Dates

  • The last posting date before Christmas is Monday December 19th
  • The Grounded Wellness office will be closed for an extended Christmas break from Thursday December 22nd to Tuesday January 3rd inclusive. Any emails or calls received during this time will be answered upon our return on Wednesday January 4th
