Grounded Wellness Christmas Shipping 2024

Christmas is a very busy time for online retail and for delivery companies. If you wish to receive your order in time for Christmas, we strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible. Please note the following information for Grounded Wellness Christmas Shipping. 

  • All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail. We do not use any other courier or delivery service
  • Grounded Wellness will always endeavour to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 - 48 business hours of the order being placed. If there is a problem or delay with any items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • The last date for placing orders in time for Christmas delivery is Tuesday December 17th
  • Any orders placed after Tuesday December 17th are highly unlikely to be delivered in time for Christmas
  • Once Grounded Wellness has handed your parcel over to Royal Mail, you will receive an auto-generated dispatch notification email. This email contains the tracking number for your parcel. Please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Once the parcel has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail, Grounded Wellness has no control over its arrival date. Please track the progress of your delivery by entering your tracking number into the Royal Mail online tracking service here. 

Items on Pre-Order

  • At this busy time of year, we have a number of items on pre-order. When you add the item to your cart, it will display the estimated dispatch date. Many of our suppliers are based overseas and we may experience delays in the international shipping of our stock, so this dispatch date may be subject to change
  • If the dispatch date of an item moves significantly as we approach Christmas, we will contact you to let you know. You can decide whether to keep your order active or cancel for a refund

Grounded Wellness Christmas Closure Dates

  • To give our hard-working, small team a well-deserved, extended break with their loved ones over the holidays, the Grounded Wellness office will be closed for a Christmas and New Year break from 2pm on Friday December 20th and will re-open at 10am on Monday January 6th. 
  • We will not be available to answer phone calls during this time, but we will check our emails every 2-3 days, excluding bank holidays, and we will respond to you as soon as we are able
  • Our website is always open for business so you can still place an order during our closure period. We will have a couple of dispatch days during our office closure and these will be advertised on the website
