Grounded Wellness Christmas Shipping 2023

Christmas is a very busy time for online retail and for delivery companies. If you wish to receive your order in time for Christmas, we strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible. Please note the following information for Grounded Wellness Christmas Shipping. 

  • All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail. We do not use any other courier or delivery service
  • Grounded Wellness will always endeavour to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 - 48 business hours of the order being placed. If there is a problem or delay with any items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible
  • If you select Standard Shipping at the checkout, your parcel will be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This means you should receive your delivery within 48 hours of it being dispatched.Last date for placing orders with Standard Shipping in time for Christmas delivery: Sunday December 17th. Delays can occur
  • If you select Next Day Delivery at the checkout, your parcel will be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This means you should receive your delivery within 48 hours of it being dispatched. Last date for placing orders with Next Day Delivery in time for Christmas: Tuesday December 19th. Delays can occur
  • Once Grounded Wellness has handed your parcel over to Royal Mail, you will receive an auto-generated dispatch notification email. This email contains the tracking number for your parcel. Please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Once the parcel has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail, Grounded Wellness has no control over its arrival date. Please track the progress of your delivery by entering your tracking number into the Royal Mail online tracking service here. 

Items on Pre-Order

  • At this busy time of year, we have a number of items on pre-order. When you add the item to your cart, it will display the estimated dispatch date. Many of our suppliers are based overseas and we may experience delays in the international shipping of our stock, so this dispatch date may be subject to change
  • If the dispatch date of an item moves significantly as we approach Christmas, we will contact you to let you know. You can decide whether to keep your order active or cancel for a refund

Grounded Wellness Christmas Closure Dates

  • The Grounded Wellness office will be closed for an extended Christmas and New Year break from Thursday December 21st and will re-open on Wednesday January 3rd. All emails and calls received during this time will be answered upon our return.
