The Grounding Band Kit by Groundology is a simple and convenient way to enjoy the full benefits of earthing while indoors. The bands are a silver-coated fabric and are a great way to concentrate the Earth’s healing energy to specific locations where there might be an injury, wound or area of acute pain to accelerate the healing process and reduce local inflammation and discomfort.

Grounding Band Kit:
The lightweight, comfortable and convenient grounding band measures 2cm wide and has an adjustable circumference from 12cm up to 20cm when unstretched, and up to 36cm when stretched. To adjust the size of the band, the fabric just needs to be pulled firmly through the buckle; the buckle does not open.
The inside of the fabric band is coated with conductive silver, which connects to the press stud connection on the outside of the band where the earthing cord is attached. The band needs to be worn on bare skin for personal grounding.
A Socket Tester should be used to verify that your electrical outlet is wired properly for earthing.

Simply put the Grounding Band on your wrist, ankle or foot and adjust the size accordingly by pulling the fabric firmly through the buckle. The buckle does not open. Connect the press stud connection on the earthing cord to the press stud connection on the outside of the band and insert the metal prong end of the earthing cord into one of the port holes on the adapter plug. Plug in your adapter to a grounded wall socket. If you are unsure if your outlets are properly grounded, you can purchase a Socket Tester to check this.

Care Instructions
The grounding bands can be gently hand washed in mild soapy water. Avoid using harsh detergents, such as those containing bleach, oxi-whitening agents, or strong fragrances (either chemical or essential oil based).

We offer a 2 year repair or replacement warranty on our genuine grounding products, which covers any defects that may inhibit your products from earthing effectively. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, that DON'T affect the product’s earthing effectiveness. The products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions we include with all grounding products.
