UK Shipping 

Grounded Wellness ships orders at a flat rate of £6.50 across the UK using Royal Mail. This cost covers shipping costs, packaging costs and handling costs.

Free UK Shipping Over £125 

All orders over £125 will be shipped for free to a UK delivery address using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Please note this offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer and we reserve the right to change this offer during a special sale or promotional period.

Sorry, but the free shipping offer is not applicable to delivery addresses outside of the UK.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are available at the checkout, calculated based on destination and weight. We send all international orders via DHL courier for fast delivery times.

International orders are UK VAT exempt and your VAT-free price will display once you enter your shipping address at the checkout.

We do not offer a Delivered Duty Paid shipping service. This means that all customs duties and tax must be paid by the customer directly to DHL prior to delivery. The tax is calculated according to the receiving country and is imposed at the border. 

It is a condition of sale that the customer will pay any necessary charges upon delivery. Should a parcel be returned to us due to non-payment of customs or taxes charges by the customer, we reserve the right to pass on the return postage costs charged to us by the shipper to the customer. The customer will also be responsible for paying for the parcel to be re-sent to them. 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of the product you have ordered. 

Importing goods from overseas is becoming ever stricter. Some countries now require ID verification (such as a tax ID, passport or national ID) before customs will release the parcel to the customer. You may receive an email from DHL asking for an EORI or Tax Code which can be confusing. Usually providing your personal ID information is sufficient for them to verify your ID and release your parcel. If you are unsure, please contact your local DHL or customs office.

Grounded Wellness is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. 

*Please Note: At any time customs may hold the parcel. International shipment parcels are subject to possible opening and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery. This may delay estimated delivery times.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 - 3 business days* of receiving your order and payment. We use the Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service to deliver your parcel to you in the UK. In most circumstances, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 5 - 7 business days* from placing and paying for your order. 

If there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery. 

You can personalise your shipping instructions when placing the order online i.e authority to leave without signature. If you are not home to sign for your parcel a card should be left by the delivery driver for you to collect the parcel at your local post office.

* Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 

Missing Parcels

It is our (the seller's) responsibility to ensure that the parcel is delivered to you. However, if at the time you order your item, you leave specific delivery instructions for the parcel to be left in a nominated safe place and the item goes missing after it has been delivered, the responsibility of the parcel passes entirely to the customer and we are not obligated to send a replacement item or offer you a refund.
