I visited Athens in Greece recently. It was a full moon and I was taking a lovely scenic walk around the Acropolis when I fell on my coccyx and went sliding down five steps on my behind. I was actually quite embarrassed by this incident. At the time I did not realise that I had fallen on marble, as most of the Acropolis is made of this. It was only day two of my 6 week trip. My coccyx was in a lot of pain. That night at the hotel, I took out my overseas adapter and slept on my earthing mat (the one that I use on my computer). I had taken it with me to help me recover from jet-lag, which it did. Well I was stunned. The next morning my coccyx was feeling great and I was able to continue to walk through many marble ruins over the course of our Greek Odyssey. I highly recommend that you travel with your earthing mat. My coccyx is now fine, thanks to early intervention.
