The Blushield EVO Portable has a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers factory faults and manufacturer's defects. This does not cover the following:
1. Accidental immersion in water or other liquids e.g.: put through the wash, or dropped into water or liquids of any kind
2. Damage of the USB socket by dropping the unit during charging. This includes excessive force placed on the USB socket while inserting the charging cable
3. Dropping the Blushield EVO Portable causing considerable damage to the exterior case

It is highly unlikely that a product will be released that is faulty. Blushield have found that faults are usually caused by rough use and neglect in taking care of the unit.

Water Damage
The Blushield EVO Portable is not covered under warranty for any water damage. Blushield will not be liable for any water-related damage. It is recommended to take good care of your EVO Portable and keep it away from water as much as possible. If your Blushield EVO Portable becomes water-damaged, it is not repairable and you will have to purchase a new device.
Battery Life
To preserve the life of the battery, it is not recommended to charge the EVO Portable for more than the required time. Once the indicator light stops flashing the unit should be unplugged.
