The Grounding Rod is placed directly in the earth and the extension cord connects to your Earthing product. You can run the cord through a window or under a door and into the ground outside. Ground rods can be used with all Earthing products and as an alternative to connecting through your power outlets.
Examples:
Travelling overseas you may not have access to an appropriate adaptor plug. The country may not have an Earth in their power outlets.

Great for sleeping outdoors when caravaning or camping.
You may need also want to use a Splitter Plug as this allows you to connect two products to the Ground Rod, or use the Product Tester with the Rod.
Measurements

NOTE: This doesn't not include the 12m extension cord.
How To Set Up Your Grounding Rod & Lead
1. First Push the Ground Rod directly into the earth (8" to 10").
2. Run the cord from the Ground Rod, under or around a window or door, near where you will be using your product.
