Using Hot or Cold Therapy to ease Dry, Uncomfortable Eyes:

This eye mask is reversible with one side having an ultra soft plush cushion for a warmer feel and the opposite side having a cooler feeling bamboo.

Either heat or cool the detachable glass bead holder for eye therapy. Use a microwave to warm the bead holder so when the mask is placed on the eyes it will help them relax and allow oils from the eyelid glands to lubricate the eyes by opening up the pores. Alternatively, cool the eye mask in the freezer to help reduce inflammation and puffiness around the eyes. Ideal for any climate.

How to Heat and Cool the Eye Mask Safely:

HEATING: Hot treatment

• HEAT THE PADDING ONLY. Heat the inner bag in the microwave oven for 60–120 seconds to promote blood circulation, open blocked glands and relax eye muscles.

COOLING: Cold treatment

• Freeze the eyebag for 1 to 2 minutes to relieve stress and pain.

With any extra heating or cooling always check the temperature is safe and comfortable for sensitive areas. Always check the beads before applying to the sensitive eye area. The temperature should be mild throughout the bag without any intense hot spots or cold spots.
