The Grounding Fitted Sheets are a natural colour 100% cotton sheet with soft, yet durable conductive silver fibres woven throughout the material.

The Grounding Fitted Sheets contain between 1/2 to 1km of silver, depending on the size. The colour is natural cotton (off-white) and the sheets have a connection stud at the edge where the earthing connection cord fits. One end of the grounding cord snaps onto the sheet and the other end connects to a grounded outlet or to the earthing grounding rod system.
Placing your body on the sheet grounds you to the Earth during sleep helping you to fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply and wake fewer times during the night, by increasing your levels of melatonin while reducing your levels of cortisol.

Earthing or grounding, makes use of free electrons from the Earth to re-balance your body, stabilise it's bio-electrical system and fight free radicals. Published research on earthing indicates a broad array of favourable health-related results including:

Do I need to be touching the Earthing Sheet with bare skin for it to work properly:
While it is not essential to have bare skin against the sheet it is preferable. Why? You will still be earthed if there is a layer of clothing between you and the sheet as your body will build up heat and moisture. However, the effectiveness will vary depending on factors such as the thickness of the clothes/sheets. For maximum grounding, bare skin usually works best. Wearable Grounding Socks can also be used to keep feet warm in winter as well as bring extra circulation and support to this area as they are made of conductive material.

Care instructions:
It is good to wash your grounding product. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.
DOs
- Wash every week or two
- Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40°C / 105°F)
- Use a safe liquid laundry detergent
- Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65°C / 150°F)
- Can be ironed on a low heat if desired
- Check and clean the machine's detergent drawer of any residues or other detergents prior to washing, as many detergents (particularly powders) contain whitening agents which will harm the silver, even when in small quantities.
DON'Ts
- Don't wash with bleach
- Don't wash with fabric softeners
- Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
- Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners
- Don't dry clean
Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non-conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and also ruins its conductive properties. It is advised to wait at least one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
Recommended:
A Power Outlet Tester should be used to verify that your electrical outlet is wired properly for grounding. Simply plug it into an outlet, turn on the power and 3 amber lights will read that your outlet is grounded and ready for use with a grounding product.
In case of lightning:
Although it is highly unlikely that you will be hit by lightning, it is recommended to follow standard lightning safety guidelines as directed by the UK Met Office and disconnect your earthing devices (along with electrical devices) during lightning and thunderstorms.

We offer a 2 year repair or replacement warranty on our genuine earthing products, which covers any defects that may inhibit your products from earthing effectively. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, that DON'T affect the product’s earthing effectiveness. The products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions we include with all earthing products.
